Privacy Policy

This page explains what we collect, why we hold it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

  • Registration data: name, date of birth, email address, postal address, currency and password.
  • Verification data: the identity and address documents you send when a check is triggered.
  • Transaction data: deposits, withdrawals, bets, bonuses and the payment method used.
  • Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, operating system and pages viewed.

Why we hold it

To run your account and settle bets, to confirm you are 18 or over, to meet anti money laundering obligations, to spot fraud and multi-accounting, to answer support requests and to send service messages about your account. Marketing messages go out only where you have opted in, and every one carries an unsubscribe.

Cookies

Cookies keep you logged in between pages, remember your language and currency, and let us measure which parts of the site get used. Blocking them in your browser is your call, but a blocked session cookie means you cannot stay logged in.

Who sees it

Payment providers, identity verification services, game studios and hosting providers see the parts they need to do their job, and nothing beyond that. We do not sell personal data. Data is disclosed to a regulator or a law enforcement body only where we are legally required to disclose it.

How long we keep it

Account and transaction records are held for the period the licensing and anti money laundering rules require, counted from the day the account closes. Support correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful to resolving the matter. Technical logs are held for a short retention window and then discarded.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for a correction, ask for deletion where no legal obligation requires us to keep it, object to marketing, or ask us to restrict processing while a dispute is open. Write to [email protected] from your registered address and we will respond inside one month.

Security

Traffic is encrypted with SSL, passwords are stored hashed, and access to personal data inside the business is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfect, so use a unique password here and enable two factor authentication where it is offered.

Children

This site is not for anyone under 18. If we find an underage account it is closed, deposits are returned and any winnings are voided.
